it may be propper to admitt Dr: Grant an Occulist, to be Occulist to this
Hospll: upon Debate of the Matter The Comittee is of Opinion it with

The Clerke of this Hospll: is directed to Attend the Justices
of Peace with the Churchwardens of St: Thomas Parish & to Acq [..]
them that the E [..] ed in the Hospl: are for the use of the Parish as
well as the Hospll: And that one of those Engines was formerly kep [..]
in the Church, & Removed from thence into the Hospll: when the [..]
was pulled down in order to be Rebuilt, and that the parish hav [..]
now One Engine in their own keeping The Governrs: hope The
Churchwardens will not be subject to any Penalty for not providing
