General Court Mercur 7 o. June 1727 .

The Orders and Proceedings of the last General Court
were read and Approved

The Report of the Grand Committee of their Proceedings
since the last General Court held the 15th. day of June 1726
was read and is as follows Vizt.

To the Right Worshipfull Etc.

And as to that part of the said Report which relates to the
Arrears of Rent due from Mr Casberd to this Hospital
and his request to enjoy the House wherein he now
dwells rent free during the Pleasure of the Governrs.
It is Ordered that the said arreares of rent be remitted
And that for the time to come he shall hold the said
House rent free during the pleasure of this Court

And as to the Powers which the Committee by their
said Report mention as convenient to be granted to
them with respect to the Hospitalls Houses lately burnt
down at St. Sepulchres without Newgate . This Court
Authorizes the said Committee to treat with and grant
to the several Tennants of the said Houses such
further Termes upon such Considerations as they
shall judge for the benefit of this Hospital
not withstanding the General rule against Granting
any Additional Termes before the termes in being
were within three Years of expiring And then the
rest of the said Report was approved and allowed
by this Court and the said Report was Ordered to be
Entred in the Reportory of the Proceedings of this
Court.

The Eight following Gentlemen were Chosen Auditors
to joyn with the four Standing Auditors in Auditing
Mr. Treasurers Account ending at Lady day last Vizt.
