The Orders and proceedings of the last Generall Court Read,
approved and confirmed.

Mr Treasurer's Accompt for the year ending Lady day 1718
having been duly Audited was presented and Allowed.

The Report from the Grand Committee of their Proceedings since
the last Generall Court was Read as followeth. (vizt)

Which Report was well liked and approved of by this Court; And it is
Ordered That the said Report be entred in the Reportory of ye proceedings
of this Court.

Eleven new Members were chosen upon the Grand Committee (vizt)

3 yeares or Upwards on the Grand Committee. And it is Ordered That the
Gentlemen now Chosen together with the Rt: Worshipll: the President
and Mr Treasurer for the time being and the rest of the Gentlemen of the
former Grand Committee, or any Seven of them be a Committee for manage
-ing the Affaires of this Hospitall in the Intervall of Generall Courts-
for One yeare from this day, and untill the next Generall Court after
that time. And that they have the Same Powers which were granted
to the former Committee, And all matters referred to that Committee
and not yet perfected or Finished are to Stand referred to this a
Committee
