think it fitt or propper to make any Allowance to the said Henry Collyer< no role >
at present but Ordered that the Contr: thereof should be Deferred
till towards the Expiration of his Lease, that so it might be seen how
farr he Complyes with the Covenants of his Lease and the Condicons
of the said Report before any such Allowance be made to him

And then the said Report was in all other Respects well Liked
and Approved of by this Court and all the Proceedings therein
menconed are Agreed to and Confirmed by this Court And he
Ordered that the said Report be in all points observed & Pformed
according to the true Intent and Meaning thereof and that the same
be Entred in the Reportary of the proceedings of this Court.

And Whereas the said Grand Comittee in pursuance of
the power given to them by this Court have made Try all of Edward
Stamfeild
< no role > in the Offices of Butler and Brewell in this Hospital
and have by then said Report Recomended him as a fitt and
propper Pson to be Chosen into those Offices. This Court did
thereupon Elect and Choose the sd: Edward Stamfeild< no role > to be Butler
and Brewen within this Hospitall To hold the same with the
Sallary & P quisitts and under the Terms and Condicons menconed in
the said Report during the Pleasure of this Court and Subject to be
Displaced & Removed by the Grand Comittee for the Time being if
they shall think fitt.

Severall of the Governors present at this Court made Liberall
Subscripcons towards the Support of this Hospitall.

The late Trears Accompt for One Years and an Halfe
Ending at Lady Day 1709: having been Duely Auditted by the
Auditors thereunto appointed was presented approved and allowed.

Eleaven New Members were now Chosen upon the Grand
Comittee Vizt. Thomas Guy< no role > Thomas Molyn< no role > & Edmd: Halsey< no role > Esqr : Mr: Samuell
