Jurisdiccon having been informed that the Hosptl:
Claimes an Execuscon for the sd Church from all
such Jurisdiccon, and therefore the sd Mr: Mead
desired the matter might be laid before this Court
and that he may have the Opinion & Direcocns
of this Court therein. Which Letter was now
Read, as were also the Opinions of Dr: Oldys &
Dr: Lane taken in the Yeare 1703: when a Visitacon
was appointed to be Held [..] in the sd Church by the
that Bishop of Winchester or his Chancellor whereby
it appeares, that the sd Church is in the Nature
of a free Chappell, and is exempt from all
Archiepitepall, Epi [..] pall & Archidiaconall
Visitacon & Jurisdiccon whatsoever And a
Declaracon made & subscribed by Fr: Brampston< no role >
who came to Hold the sd Visitacon for the Bishop
in the sd year 1703: touching the Exempcon of
the sd Church was also Read:

Whereupon this Court Resolved & Ordered
that the Exempcon of the sd Church & the Minister
or Chaplaine thereof from the Juridiscon of the
sd Bishop of winchester should be maintained
& Defended at the Hospital Charge, And
the Care thereof is Referred & Recomended to the
Grand Comittee, who are to Manage the same
at they shall think most for the Service of the
Hospitall & to Advise with Councill from time to
time as Occasion may require.

The peticon of Henry Collyer< no role > our Team: of Lands
at Alvethley in Essex , was Read, as also a Certificate
relating to a New Wall lately made by him for
Socuring [..] of the March lands from the River
of Thomas. and the sd Mr: Collyer was himself
heard touching the matter of the sd Peticon
