Gentlemen of the former Comittee or any Seaven of them be a
Comittee for managing the Affaires of this Hosptl: as the Interwall
of Generall Court for One Yeare from this Day and until She next
Generall Court after that time and that they have the same
powert which were granted to the former Comittee and all Matters
Referred to that Comittee and not yet perfected or finished are
to stand referred to this Comittee.

the making up & Auditting the it Accompt.

Mr: Trear Accquainted this Court, that he recd
last night from Mr: Matthew mead< no role > minister or
Chaplaine of Sr. Thomas's Church a Letter informing
him, That the Bishop of Winchester has Caused the
Sit Mr. Mead, to be Cited to Appeare [..] his Court, and
to acknowledge his Jurridiccon over him as Minister
of the sd Church and that the sd Mr: Mead hath
refused to Appeare, or to Submitt to the sd Bishop
