I am favoured with your Letters of the 24 Vizt. & 4s. Inst.
the latter covering drafts for the Amount of unto (as appear by
the annexed Acct. Current) Value £214.4.8. infall to Michmas
last.

The Accounts which relate to the Collec [..] being rendered
after the first Monday in every Month well enable me to
Judge of the Advantages which may more from the Hospitals
keeping it in hand or otherwise of I should hope, notwith-
-standing the Opposition you name that it will turn out
a good Concern. When it is perfectly convenience for you to
come to Town I shall be glad to see you; the Bervick Estate
I doubt not is capable of a very considerable Advance & as
the Terms press had upon the Charity I shall of Course
think it an important duty to see that she Terrants pay
fair rents for then farms, in which I am persuaded you
will [..] with me Hen no Terne in aranging a
proper plan for the Holdesness Eitch.

P.S. I Check there is a Mistake of £4. in Your Mechmas accot. Just read.
you have charged yourself well Colleges Arrears returned as Michmas 1799.
If you well refer to your last Lady day Accot. you will find the same Charge
Haven therefore leave charges your if with these Arrear is many, so
that the Tibshelf Account none over you £4. instead of being balanced.

Sir

I Yesterday outmetted your Estimate of the improved rental
of the farms of Teversham of Fulbourn to the Grand Committee
who appears thereof; in Consequence you will please to acquaint
the Tenants Lease for 21 Years will be granted to them agree
able to your proposed Covenants. I have likewise the Pleasure
Consequence of the extra Trouble you have had in unranging
the quit rents Etc. Please to send me an Estimate of the Repaid
next pay for Bradford House of Buildings, the so good as waste
me as all Terms when any They occurs for the Benefit of the
Hospital
