In Answer to your Letter of the 16 inst. to the Govrs.
of this Hospital, I am order'd by the Treasurer
to declare,
that they will not interest themselves in your Complaint
relative to the Pew in the Chapel
which you say you
are Informed belonged to the House you now hold
from this Hospital, until you have executed your
Leasesettled the Rent due at Michas last, & done
every thing as by your Agreemt. with the Grand Comee
for Your said Lease You are obliged to do, When
this done, you may then depend the Governors
will Assist You in whatever they shall think

Mr. Swaine, that he intends to fall at the Proper
season, Gilnash & Comb DealshawBrockhole
Shawthe half Acre in Townswood& the Shaws
upon Staple Lees adjoining to the lower Down
You will please to take care of the Timber Trees
on this occasion, & mark out the Storers and Wavers
to Stand as usual

Mr Treasurer reced it Yours of the 17th inst with a
Bill inclosed for 4d which has been accepted & when
paid will be placed to the Account of Mr Heath
The Proposal of the sd. Mr. Heath for making as Sough will
not be taken into Considerations till suits time to the
Meeting of the Grand CommitteeMr. Treasurer not
chooseing to determine any thing relative thereto without
the [..] rence & Approbation of the Gentn of the sd. Comee
when Opinion of the sd. Proposall will be sent You by the
first post after their Meeting
