amountg to the Sum of £216..5. the Govrs. are very uneasy at so
large a Sume being in any one Tenants hands & insist upon yr. making
as handsome paymt. next Week which if you fail of performing
shall be obliged to pay you as Visit the Week after but as that
will be as Disorderd it to you so I hope you will have it in Yr. Power to
prevent but whether You can or not let me hear from you by the
return of the Post
