have consider'd the Estimate you sent of the Repairs necessary to
be done at Gregory's House at Eltisley
& have agreed to have
the same done under your Direction and desire you will exert
your usual Care for the Interest of the two Charities that the
Work be will done and at reasonable Prices

at Parndon will require your going Thithers you are desired to take
that Opportunity of examining the Condition of the Buildings of the
Sd. Farme and let Mrs. Treasurer know your Opinion about it
