Sr.

I was in Expectation of a Grand Committee at the Hospll:
before the Hollidays: But Some Businesse has happened wch:
prevents it. However as to your Affaire. Mr Trear
proposes, That if you can be in Towne some day next
week (I beleive Tuesday or Thursday Morning may be
best) He'l come to an Agreement with you on behalfe of
the Hospitall. That if you find it proper to Begin the
Felling the Underwood before we have a Committee you
should leave a proper quantity uncutt, for which if it should
happen that you and the Commitee should not agree about
a new Lease, you shall be paid according to the true value of
it, and he would Settle that value with you, or fix the Manner
in which it shall be Settled. This expedient I apprehend
Sr. will make you Easy, and doubt not but you'l approve it.
pray you call at my house as you goe by. And if I am not
gone before to the Hospitall will then goe with you.

who am Sr. Etc T:W:
