Know all Men by these Presents That I John Payne< no role >
of Payne's Buildings Noxton Town in the County
of Middlesex Bricklayer for and in Consideration
of the sum of Five pounds and five Shillings of lawful
money of Great Britain to me in hand well and truly paid
