Justices of the Peace in and for the
County of Middlesex in their General
Sessions assembled.

The humble Petition and Appeal of
Joseph East< no role > of Heath Row
an Inhabitant of the Parish of Harmondsworth
in the County of Middlesex against a Rate or
assessment made for the Relief of the Poor of
the said Parish and entitled "An Assessment
"or Rate made this 4th. day of November 1799
'' for the Relief of the Poor and other Purposes
" mentioned relating to the Poor for the Parish
" of Harmondsworth aforesaid at one shilling
" in the Pound'

Randall
< no role > and John Guyler< no role > and Divers other Persons
Parishioners of the said Parish of Harmondsworth
and Persons liable to be rated and assessed towards
the relief of the Poor of the said Parish of Harmondsworth
before and at the time of the making the said Rate
or Assessment are greatly undeviated and assessed in
the said Rate or Assessment for the Premises in their
respective Occupations in the said Parish and that your
Petitioner is over rated and assessed in the said Rate
or Assessment for the several Premises in your
