Petitioners Occupation in the said Parish and that the
said Rate is in other respects partial unfair oppressive
unjust and unequal

That the said Rate was on theday of
last signed and allowed by Thomas Bishop< no role > and Edward
Hillyard
< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices
of the Peace in and for the said County of Middlesex

Your Petitioner therefore conceiving
himself aggrieved by the said Rate or
Assessment doth appeal to your Worships
against the same and humbly prays
your Worships well be pleased to hear
him in the Premises and that the said
Rate or Assessment may be amended or
quashed as your Worships shall think fit
And that your Worships will order that the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Harmondsworth and
such other Persons as this appeal may
concern do appeal before you at a certain
day to be appointed to hear and abide the
Judgment and Determination of your
Worships touching this Appeal

And your Petitioner as in Duty
bound will ever pray Etc
