Infomation Exibited by one
Thomas Attwood< no role >
for having
on the Seventh day of September last taken and received of
and from one
Ann Morris< no role >
on a certain Pawn or Pledge
Vizt. a Gown Apron and Handkerchief the sum of One Penny
of lawful Money of Great Britain as Profit upon the sum of
Three Shillings and Six Pence lent and advanced by your Petitioner
to the said
Ann Morris< no role >
upon the said Pawn or Pledge the
sum of One Penny so taken being more than at and after the
Rate of four pence for the loan of twenty shillings by the Calender
Month Contrary to the form of the Statute
That your Petitioner hath reason to deem himself aggrieved
by the said Conviction inasmuch as he is advised that the
same was Contrary to Evidence
Your Petitioner therefore most humbly prays that
the Magistrates Assembled in and holding the General
Quarter Session of the Peace for the said County of
Middlesex
will allow and hear your Petitioners
said Appeal
And your Petitioner as in dirty bound will ever pray
