day of September last taken and received of and from one
Ann Morris< no role >
on a certain Pawn a Pledge Vizt. a Gown
Apron & Handkerchief the sum of One Penny of lawful
Money of Great Britain as Profit upon the sum of Three
Shillings and Six pence but and advanced by your Petitioner
to the said

upon the said Pawn or Pledge
the said sum of One Penny so taken being more than at and
after the rate of four pence for the loan of twenty shillings by
the Calendar Month Contrary to the form of the Statute
That your Petitioner hath Reason to deem himself
aggrieved by the said Conviction inasmuch as he is advised
that the same is contrary to Evidence
Your Petitioner therefore most humbly prays that
the Magistrates assembled [..] in and holding the
General Quarter Session of the Peace for the
said County of Middlesex
will allow and hear
