Sheweth,
That your Petitioner was bound Apprentice for the
Term of Six Years by Indentures bearing date the 28th. day of
March 1795 to
Henry Sheldrake< no role >
of Southgate
in the
Parish of Edmonton
in the County of Middlesex
Collar and
Harness Maker
and that an Apprentice Fee of Ten Pounds
was paid to the said
Henry Sheldrake< no role >
with your Petitioner
that the said
Henry Sheldrake< no role >
hath frequently misused
and evil entreated Your said Petitioner by unmercifully
beating him keeping him up to very unseasonable hours
and neglecting to instruct him in his said Trade.
Your Petitioner therefore humbly
represents his grievances to this Court and
earnestly solicits such Relief is the
Premises as to your Wisdom shall seem
meet.
And Your Petitioner will ever pray Etc.
