Spencer Enoc< no role > of Camden town in the County
of Middlesex Gentleman maketh Oath That
the Indictment in the above Prosecution was
preferred and found against the abovenamed
Defendant in the last January Session and that in Consequence thereof
a Bench Warrant was issued against the
said Defendant but has not been Executed.
And this Deponent Saith that all proper
means and Effects have been used to find the
said Defendant out but without Effect and
that Deponent hath been informed and [..]
believes that he has Absconded to present being
apprehended and taken on the said Bench
Warrant.
