The Humble Petition of the Church-Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the parish of Saint
Mary at Lambeth in the County of Surrey

Sheweth

That by an Order bearing date the 18th day of December last
under the Hands and Seals of John Staples< no role > and George Story< no role > Esquires
Two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said County of
Middlesex Jane Mc.Kency< no role > , the Wife of John Mc.Kency< no role > and her
Three Children Margaret < no role > Emmila < no role > and Charles < no role > were removed from
the Parish of Saint Paul Shadwell in the County of Middlesex
to the said Parish of Saint Mary at Lambeth , said to be their
last legal Settlement

That your Petitioners conceiving the said Jane Mc. Kency< no role >
and her said Three Children to have no legal Settlement in
the said Parish of Lambeth .

Humbly Pray that an Appeal against
the said Order may be entered, and that the
same be respited untill the next Session to
be holden in and for the County of Middlesex
