The King on the prosecution of Smith and
another
agst.
Holman and Others

William Smith< no role > of Cheines Street in the Parish of
Saint Giles in the Fields in the County of Middlesex
the above named Prosecutor maketh Oath and Saith
that a true Bill of Indictment against the above
named Defendants has been found this Sessions
for a Riot and Saith that he is informed
and verily believes that two of the above Defts.
Robert Masters< no role > and Hannah Masters< no role > his wife
have absconded and that the Other Defendants
are expected to do the same and that they intend
after the end of this present Session to procure
persons to become bail for them who are
of no responsibility and are in the constant
practice of becoming Bail for hire

Sworn in Open Court at the Session
House Clerkenwell Green this 12th.
day of January 1799}
