Oath and saith That at the last General Session of the
Peace holden for the said County her said Husband
was Indicted for a Misdemeanor in Receiving some
Leather the Goods and Chattels of the Prosecutors knowing
the same to have been stolen To which Indictment her
said Husband. Pleaded Not Guilty and put in Bail to
Try his Traverse at the present Session And this
Deponent saith that her said Husband intended to
have taken his Trial at this present Session had he
not been prevented from so doing by Heness And
this Deponent lastly saith That her said Husband
hath been Confined to his Room by sickness for several
Days now last past and that he now remains so ill
that he is incapable of Attending this Honorable Court
to take his Tryal this Session without endangering
his Life,
