At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Lord
the King holden in and for the County of Middlesex at
the Session House for the said County on Monday the
tenth day of July in the thirty seventh Year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third by the Grace
of God King of Great Britain Etc.

It is Ordered that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields within the Liberty of
Westminster in the said County of Middlesex have Notice of the within
Appeal and that they and all Persons concerned do attend the Court
att the Session House aforesaid on Thursday the thirteenth day of
July Instant at the Hour of Nine in the forenoon of the same
day to hear and abide the Judgment and determination of the
said Court touching the said Appeal
