from and out of that part of the Parish of Saint

which lies above the Bars
in the County of Middlesex

being the Place of their last legal settlement whereby your Petitioners Conceive
themselves aggrieved
Your Petitioners therefore humbly pray your
Worships that the said Order of Removal may be
Quashed and that they may be reimbursed the
Costs and expences which they have in this Case
