Mills charged to such Sliver that is to say, did insert in the
said Ticket Nine Miles but did charge the said Sliver Twelve
Miles for the said Stage whereby the said Sliver Compelled
to and did pay for a greater Number of Miles than the number
of Miles inserted in the said Ticket that is to say the said
Sliver was Compelled to and did pay for Twelve Miles for
the said Stage Whereby your Petitioner conceives himself
aggrieved

Your Petitioner therefore humbly begs leave
to Appeal against the said Conviction and that the
same may be heard at the present General Quarter
Session of the Peace now holden at the Sessions House
for the said County of Middlesex

And your Petitioner shall ever Pray Etc
