MIDDLESEX .


AT the GeneralSession of the Peace
of our Lord the King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex ,
at the Session House for the said County, ()
on Tuesday the Thirtieth Day of May
in the Thirty seventh Year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the Third, King of Great Britain, Etc. Before
William Mainwaring< no role > , John Floud< no role > , Thomas Robinson< no role >
John Hole< no role >
Esquires , and others their Fellows, Justices of our said Lord the King,
assigned to keep the Peace in the County aforesaid; and also to hear and
determine divers Felonies, Trespasses and other Misdemeanours com-
mitted in the same County.

WHEREAS the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Saint Dunstan in the West in the City of London Did at the last General
Quarter Session of the Peace held in and for this County Exhibit their Petition
and Appeal setting forth That by virtue of an Order under the Hands and
Seals of Sir Harry Parker< no role > Baronet and Millington Buckley< no role > Clerk two of
His Majestys Justices of the Peace in and for the said County of Middlesex
bearing date the 25th. day of March 1797 Maria Hill< no role > Singlewoman was
removed and conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint Marylebone in
the said County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint Dunstan in the
West as the place of her last legal settlement; whereby the Petitioners conceived
themselves aggrieved: which said Appeal stood duly adjourned until this
Session

NOW, upon hearing the said Appeal, in the presence and hearing of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Marylebone
and they consenting by their Counsel to the allowing the said Appeal,
IT IS ORDERED, that the said Appeal be and the same is hereby allowed, and the said
Order of the said two Justices is hereby vacated and set aside; and IT IS FURTHER
ORDERED, that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of
Saint Dunstan in the West do forthwith convey and deliver back the said
Maria Hill< no role > (together with a Copy of this Order) unto
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Marylebone
who are hereby required to receive and provide for the said
Maria Hill< no role > until they can free themselves
from the Charge thereof by due course of Law.
