Drawingall the External & exposd parts of the
aforesaid Work to be wrought & the framd Work to be
put together & Mortices Tenons, Joints & pinning fill'd
& flusted with thick white Lead & Oil of the best quality

To put on the several Iron Straps, Bolts
Screws & Nuts to the several King posts as shall be
directed

To paint all the expos'd parts of the said Works with white
Lead & Oil 4 times over

To stop up all the Joints of planking with
Clay, & to bring in & level the Ground on planking to
receive paving to square & relay such parts of the old
paving as is sound & with a level face & provide & make
good what is wanting with new purbeck paving the said
paving to be laid in Mortar & the Joints with Coal Ash
Mortar

To provide & fix 500 feet of 3 inch Oak plank well measure when
apply'd to repair the Sterlings & provide & find Spikes
& Labour & take down the delay'd planking
The Foregoing Work to be done for a Specific Sum of
Money

NB. if in performing the Work it shall be
found necessary to diminish or increase the said Work
& Materials it shall be deducted from or added to the
above Sum at the following prices
