Wells to Clerkenwell first may be
material to the Improvement of the
Land belonging to the County of Middlesex
Surrounding the House of Correction
that the lines of Communication across
the Ground belonging to the County Shod.
Correspond with the line acros Lone
Northampton 's Estate; I am therefore
to request Your Worship's wile inform
me whether any Modes cant adopted
that can promote the mutual benefit
of the two Properteis by laying down
