Proposed by Mr Bond of Hendon being
informed that it had been intimated to
the Court that they were willing & execute
the said Office Gratuitously declined being
Sworn in.

By Adjournment same day

The Reverend Dr. Glasse Chairman of
the Prison Committee laid before the Court
a Report from the said Committee which
he read as follows, Vizt,

Resolved That the said Report be
Received and Confirmed

Resolved That The Thanks of this
Court be given do The Reverend Dr. Glasse
for his Unwearied Attention to the Business
of the Committee, and for the excellant
Report which he has just now read to the
Court

Whereupon it was Moved, That a
certain Portion of the Magistrate's few in
the Chapel of the New House of Correction
he separated & set apart for the Purpose
of Administering the Holy Communion that
