SIRS,

I have it in direction to acquaint you that a Warrant will be
issued by his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex, direct-
ed to a Constable of your Parish, commanding him to levy upon the Inhabitants
and Dwellers within the said Parish, the Sum assessed and taxed upon them for
and towards defraying the Damages recovered against the Inhabitants of the
Hundred of Ossulston , by several of the Sufferers in the late Riots; and I am de-
sired to request that your will immediately signify to me the Name of the Constable
to whom the Parish may wish to have the Warrant directed, and also the Amount
of the Poors Rate of your Parish, and whether the same is at Rack Rent or (if it is
not) what Proportion it bears to it.
