That the Conduct of the said Samuel Player< no role > has been
extremely Immoral; frequently coming home Intoxicated
early in the day
and

That it does not appear by any means likely (from
the present Insolvent Situation of the said Samuel Player< no role > )
that the said Thomas Burden< no role > will ever attain a Competent
knowledge of his Art or Business.

Your Petition's therefore humbly
pray Your Worships, that your Petitioner
the said Thomas Burden< no role > the Younger
may be discharged from the said Indentures
And that the same may be cancelled and
made Void, And that the said Samuel
Player
< no role > may be Ordered to pay back a
Proportionable part of the Apprentice Fee
given to him with the said Thomas
Purden
< no role > , And Your Petitioners
shall ever pray Etc.
