To the Worshipfull His Majesty's Justices of the
Peace in and for the County of Middlesex in
General Quarter Session of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal
of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint Dunstan in the
East in the City of London

Sheweth


That by virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the
hands and Seals of R Davies Esquire and The Reverend
Henry Reynell< no role > Clerk two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace
in and for the County of Middlesex (one being of the Quorum)
bearing date the fifteenth day of March One thousand
seven hundred and ninety six John Saunders< no role >
Elizabeth< no role > his wife and their Child John< no role > were Removed
and conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint Mary
White Chapel in the County of Middlesex to the said Parish
of Saint Dunstan in the East in the City of London as the
Place of their last legal settlement.

That your Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved thereby
and humbly appeal against the same

Your Petitioners therefore humbly pray that the
benefit of the said Appeal amy be saved unto them and
that the hearing and determination there of may be
adjourned unto the next General Session of the Peace to
be holden for the said County of Middlesex and that
your Petitioners may have such other Releif in the
premises as to your worships shall seem meet.
