To the Worshipful His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex in their General Quarter Session of the Peace assembled

The Humble Petition and appeal of the Churchwards
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Botolph
without Aldgate in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Warrant or Order under the Hands
and Seals of Pt. Colquhoun< no role > Esqr . and Daniel Williams< no role > Esqr. two
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex bearing date the First Day of February last
(one whereof being of the Quorum) Rachael Williams< no role > Single
woman was removed from the Parish of St. Leonard
Shoreditch in the County of Middlesex to the said Parish
of St. Botolph without Aldgate as the Place of her last
legal Settlement

That your Petitioners conceiving themselves
aggrieved by the said Warrant or Order Do
humbly appeal against the same And pray
that your Worships will be pleased to
appoint a Day this present Sessions that all
Parties concerned may attend to hear & abide
the Judgment & Determination of this Court
touching the said Appeal

And your Petitioners shall
ever pray Etc
