IT IS ORDERED, That the hearing and determining the matter of an Appeal between
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch
in the County of Middlesex Appellants and the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Maryle Stand in the Liberty of
Westminster and county of Middlesex Respondents touching the settlement
of Elizabeth King< no role > the Wife of John King< no role > now absent which stood duly
adjourned until this day Do stand further adjourned

until the next GeneralSession of the Peace to be holden for this County
and on notice hereof in the meantime to be given unto the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Maryle Stand
they and all Persons concerned do attend the Court at the Session House aforesaid, on
Thursday the Twelfth Day of May next at the Hour of Nine in the
Forenoon of the same Day to hear and abide the Judgment and determination of the said
Court touching the said Appeal.
