MIDDLESEX .


AT the General Quarter Session of the Peace
of our Lord the King, holden in and for the
County of Middlesex , at the Session-House for the said
County, ( by adjournment )on Thursday
the Seventh Day of April
in the Thirty Sixth Year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the Third, King of Great
Britain, Etc.

IT IS ORDERED, That the hearing and determining the matter of an Appeal between
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Cole shill in the County of
Warwick appellants and The Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Margaret Westminster in the County of Middlesex
Respondents touching the settlement of Jane Anstey< no role > the Widow of Charles
Anstey
< no role > deceased with Jane< no role > her Child by her said Husband aged about Three
Years and Eight Months which stood duly adjourned until this day.
Do stand further adjourned
Until the next GeneralSession of the Peace to be holden for this County:
and on notice hereof in the meantime to be given unto the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Margaret Westminster
they and all Persons concerned do attend the Court at the Session House aforesaid, on
Thursday the Twelfth day of May next, at the Hour of Nine in the
Forenoon of the same Day to hear and abide the Judgment and determination of the said
Court touching the said Appeal.
