MIDDLESEX .

AT the General quarter Session of the Peace of our
Lord the King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex ,
at the Session- House for the Said County (by adjournment)
on Saturday the Nineteenth Day of April
in the Forty sixth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the Third, by the Grace of God of the United
Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, King, Defender of the
Faith.

Benjamin Crocker< no role > alias Collins< no role > [..] Indicted in Session last for a certain Fraud being brought into Court by
by Virtue of a writ of Habeas Corpus aim Causa for that
Purpose to him directed: is Ordered to be detained
until he shall enter into a Recognizance himself in £1000
with two sufficient Sureties in £500 each for his personal
Appearance at the next General Session of the Peace to be
holden for this County to [..] take his Trial on the said
Indictment: and It is further Ordered that the said
Benjamin Crocker< no role > alias Collins do give Forty eight hours [..]
of Bail to [..] Dyne of Su [..] Inn Fleet Street Solicitor for the
Prosecution before the same be taken, and that it be
referred to Aaron Graham< no role > Esquire one of his Majesty's Justices for
the Peace for this County to take the same Charged at [..] with
the in the Return to the said writ mentioned
