County of Middlesex , at the Session-House for the said
County, ( by adjournment ) on Thursday
the Seventh Day of April
in the Thirty Sixth Year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the Third, King of Great
Britain, Etc.

IT IS ORDERED, That the hearing and determining the matter of an Appeal between
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Nicholas Deptford
in the County of Kent Appellants and The Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Saint George in the County of Middlesex
Respondents touching the settlement of Jane Passelwhite< no role > and her two Children
namely Sarah< no role > aged Six Years or thereabouts and Joseph< no role > aged about Seventeen
Months, which stood duly adjourned until this day Do stand further adjourned
Until the next GeneralSession of the Peace to be holden for this County:
and on notice hereof in the meantime to be given unto the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the said Parish of Saint George
they and all Persons concerned do attend the Court at the Session House aforesaid, on
Thursday the Twelfth day of May next, at the Hour of Nine in the
Forenoon of the same Day to hear and abide the Judgment and determination of the said
Court touching the said Appeal.
