IT IS ORDERED That the hearing and determining the matter of an Appeal between
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Theatham in the County
of Surrey Appellants and the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Tottenham in the County of Middlesex Respondents touching
the settlement of Richard Goddard< no role > , Charlotte< no role > his Wife and Richard< no role > and Sarah< no role >
their lawful Children Vizt. Richard< no role > Aged Six Years and Sarah< no role > aged Eighteen
Months Do stand adjourned

until the next GeneralSession of the Peace to be holden for this County
and on notice hereof in the meantime to be given unto the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Tottenham
they and all Persons concerned do attend the Court at the Session House aforesaid, on
Thursday the Twelfth Day of May next at the Hour of Nine in the
Forenoon of the same Day to hear and abide the Judgment and determination of the said
Court touching the said Appeal.
