It is Ordered that the hearing and determining the Matter of an Appeal of
Matthew Davies< no role > Zachariah Battersby< no role > and Peter Broadhurst< no role > against a Conviction
under the Hands and Seals of John Floud< no role > and Edward Read< no role > Esquires two of His
Majestys Justices of the peace for the Count of Middlesex bearing date the Nineteenth
day of March last Do stand adjourned untill the next General Session of the
peace to be holden for this county and on notice hereof in the mean time to be
given unto the said John Floud< no role > and Edward Read< no role > they and All persons concerned
do attend the Court at the Session House aforesaid on Thursday the Twelfth day of May
next at the hour of Nine in the forenoon of the same day to hear and abide the
Judgment and determination of the said Court touching the said Appeal
