said Justices that Your Petitioner wilfully and
two wright aided and assisted the said John Peach< no role > in so
removing and conveying away Paul of the said Goods and
Chattels of the said John Peach< no role > So removed as aforesaid
not exceeding the Value of fifty Pounds namely five
Houses of the Value of forty Pounds and in concealing
the same) Your Petitioner was ordered and adjudged
to pay the Sum of eighty Pounds of Lawful Money of
Great Britain (being doubt the Value of the said five
Houses) to the said Elizabeth Tennant< no role > or ar before
the twenty first Day of the said Month of March
Whereby Your Petitioner conceives himself aggrieved

Your Petitioner therefore humbly
appeals against the said Order and
Prays that the same may be quashed
and that the hearing and determining
of the said Appeal may he adjourned
until the next General Sessions of the
Peace to be holden for the said County
of Middlesex
