To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of
the Peace for the County of Middlesex in
this General Quarter Session of the Peace assembled

The humble Petition of Richard Troy< no role >
of three Cup Yard in the Parish of
Saint George the Martyr in the County
of Middlesex Farrier

Sheweth


That by a certain Order in Writing bearing date
the tenth day of march last under the Hands and Seals
of Nathaniel Conant< no role > and John Scott< no role > Esquires two of his
Majesty's Justices of the peace for the County of Middlesex
(Riciting that Information and Coal Saint was or the
seventh Day of march last made unto John Scott< no role > and
Phillip Neve< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices of this
Peace in and for the said County by Elizabeth Tennant< no role >
of Craven Yard Drury Lane in the Parish of Saint
Clement Danes Widow that there was on Christmas
Day last due and in arrear to her the said Elizabeth
Tennant
< no role > the Sum of Fifty eight Pounds two Shillings
and six pence from Luke Peach< no role > of Craven Yard aforesaid
Coach Master and Hackneyman for rent of a certain
Dwelling House Coach House Stables and Granary in
Craven Yard aforesaid but by her to the said John Peach< no role >
and that the said John Peach< no role > had frandulently and
clandestinely removed and Conveyed way certain goods
and Chattels of him the said John peach< no role > not exceeding
the Value of fifty Pounds namely of the Value of Parts
six pounds to present the said Elizabeth Tennant< no role > from
distraining the same for the said Arrears of Rent and that
Your petitioner and our Arnold Coup land of the Parish
of saint Clement Dannis aforesaid Inn Keeper wilfully and
know [..] rgly aided and assisted the said John Peach< no role > in so
fraudulently and Clandestinely receiving and conveying
away certain Part of the said Goods and Chattels and in
concealing the same And reciting that your Petitioner
had been duly sum said and to appear [..] kipecithe to an such
the Matter of the said Complaint and Information
and that it appearing and being fully served before the
