To the Worshipful Willaim Mainwaring< no role > Esquire
and the rest of the Justices for the County of Middlesex in
Session assembled

The humble Petition of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Hamblet of Hammersmith
in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order under the Hands and
Seals of William Bleamire< no role > and William Kinnard< no role >
Esquires two of his Majestys Justice of the Peace acting
[..] for the County of Middlesex (one whereof being of
the Quroum) bearing date the second day of July 1794.
Elizabeth Field< no role > was removed and Conveyed from and out
of the Parish of St. James at Clerkenwell within the said
County to Hammersmith as the place of her last legal
Settlement whereby Your Petitioners conceive themselves
Aggrieved and beg leave to Appeal therefrom

Your Petitioners therefore pray that they
may be at liberty to enter their Appeal
And that the same may be adjourned to the
next Sessions for the hearing thereof.
