this Morning to be examined, and being
then informed he must attend the Sessions, he left the
charge and went immediately to the
Sessions House

brwhen he was there told that his
Name had been called, and in consequence of his
not appearing the Prisoner

discharged and this Deponent further saith that the
cause of his not appearing in time at the Sessions
House, was really an Account of a Heading at Worships
Street with the Night charge and not knowing the
nature of giving evidence at the Sessions.
