he shall be able to procure the Attendance and testimony of the said
Wiliam Nash< no role > at the next General Session of Oyer and Terminer
to be holden in and for the said County of Middlesex and this
Deponent Peter Catheact for himself saith that he this Deponent
did on the 12th. Day of July instant serve Mr. Akerman Solicitor
for the prosecutor above named with a true Copy of the Notice hereto
annexed by delivering the same to a Daughter of the said Mr.
Akerman at his House or Office in Cursitor Street Chancery Lane
in the said County of Middlesex and which said Notice has not
been Countermanded to this Deponent knowledge or belief
