I hereing Countermand the Notice of Trial given you in this
prosecution and further take Notice that the Court will be moved
on Monday next the 14th. Day of July instant at ten oClock
in the forenoon or so soon after as Counsel can be heard that
this Trial may Hand over to the next general Session of Oyer
and Terminer to be holden at the Session House Clerkenwell green
in and for the said County of Middlesex upon an Affidavit
Stating the absence of a Material Witness for me the said
Defendant in this prosecution Dated the 12th. Day of July 1794
