Middlesex
All the General Quarter Session of the
Peace of our Lord the King holden in and
for the County of Middlesex at the Session
House for the said County on Monday
the Fourteenth day of July in the Thirty
fourth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the third King of Great Britain

Bleamire
< no role > Rupert Clarke< no role > John Floud< no role > Esqrs .
and others their Fellows Justices of our
said Lord the King assigned to Keep the peace
in the County aforesaid and also to hear &
determine divers Felonies Trespasses and
other Misdemeanours Committed in the
same County.

Whereas John Winter< no role > of Ford Hook House in
the Parish of Ealing in the County of Middlesex Esquire Did
at the last General Quarter Session of the Peace held in and for
this County Exhibit his Petition and Appeal settting forth that
He was on or about the Thirty first day of March last
Convicted by Nathaniel Bland< no role > Esquire one of the Justices of
the Peace for the said County upon on Information Exhibited
and Prosecuted by George Tilley< no role > of Old Brentford in the Parish of
Ealing in the County of Middlesex aforesaid Yeoman charging
that the Petitioner did on the Twenty ninth day of March 1794
unlawfully case or cause to be used a Cart upon a certain
Turnpike Road at Old Brentford in the Parish of Ealing in
the County of Middlesex aforesaid the sole or bottom of
the Fellies of the Wheels of which said Cart being of less
breadth or gauge that Six Inches and then and there did pass
or was drawn with more that three Horses that is to say with
four Horses and was adjudged to forfeit for the said Offence the
Sum of Five Pounds whereby the Petitioners conceived himself
aggrieved which said Appeal stood duly adjourned until this
day NOW the said Appeal coming on to be heard and the
said Nathaniel Bland< no role > Esqr being whereby called to comeforth and
support the said Conviction But not appearing nor any Person
on his behalf and Proof being made upon Oath that a true
Copy of the Order of Court for the hearing and determining
the said Appeal at the present Session had been Personally.
