Thomas Martin Godfrey< no role > of Wells Street
in the Parish of Saint Mary le bone in the County of
Middlesex Gentleman maketh Oath and saith That he
was present and did see William Morle< no role > the Prosecutor
above named subscribe his Name to the within
Indictment or Release set his Seal thereto and deliver the
same as his Act and Deed and that Henry Lester< no role >
was also present at the same time and that the
Name Henry Lester< no role > and F N Mr Godfrey set and subscribed
to the said Release as the Witnesses attesting the Execution
thereof are of the proper Hand Writing of the said Henry
Lester< no role > and this Deponent respectively
