Middlesex to wit

We whose Names are hereunto subscribed
and Seals affixed two of His Majesty' s Justice of
the Peace residing in or near the Parish of Saint
Mary Islington in the County of Middlesex and
acting for the Division of Finsbury in the said
County Do hereby certify That we have this Day
taken a View of a certain Common Footway or c [..]
Highway (commonly called or Known by the Name
of Highgate foot path) in the said Parish of Saint
Mury Islington in the said County learing
from the Village of Highgate in the said County
to the Village of Islington aforesaid near to and
adjoining the kings Highway from the Village
of Highgate aforesaid to the Village of Islington
aforesaid And Do report the same and every
part thereof to be in good Repair and Condition
Dated the 1st. day of May 1794.
