did not Give Evidence against the said Defendant but not
hearing his Name Called to give Evidence and for no
other Reason Whatever-And the Other Deponant Herclus
Younge
< no role > for himself saith that he this Deponent
togather with the other Deponent was bound ever to
prosecute the within Named Defendant in this
Prosecution And this Deponant further saith that
he did Attend And prefer An Indictment And Give
Evidence against the said Defendant which said
Bill of Indictment was returned a True Bill by
the Grand Inquest And this Deponent further saith
that he did Attend togather with the other Deponant
Thomas Hawkins< no role > in order to give Evidence against
the said Defendant in this Honorable Court this
Morning but Not hearing his Name Called and
being Ordered to go off the Steps of this Honorable Court
by the Officer For that Purpose-he this Deponent
was Informed that the said Defendant was
discharged for want of Prosecution And this
Deponent Lastly Saith that it was not out of any
favour or other Respect he this Deponant did
not Give Evidence, but not hearing his Name Called
and for no other Reason Whatever
