I hereby give you Notice that I shall at the next Quarter Sessions of
the peace to be held in and for the County of Middlesex on Tuesday next the Twenty
fifth day of June instant or so soon after as Counsel can be heard move to respite
the Recognizance in this Prosecution until the following General Sessions of the
Peace in and for the said County to be held at he Sessions House
Clerkenwell Green on monday the Ninth day of September next on Account
of the absence of a Material Witness Dated the Twenty first day of June
1793
