Thomas Hawkins< no role > of the Bunch of Grapes Albermale
Street in the Parish of Saint James and John
Clerkenwell in the Conty of Middlesex Victualler
And Forelus Younge< no role > of Jeruslam Passage Saint John
Street in the aforesaid Parish and County Gentleman
Severally Make Oath and say-And first this Deponent
Thomas Hawkins< no role > for himself sath that he this
Deponent was bound Under Recognizance to
prosecute the above named Defendant Ann Nash< no role >
at this present Session for Foloniously Taken
and Carrying Away One Quart Pewter Pot this
Deponents Property And this Deponent further
saith that he did According to his recognizance
did prefer and Indictment against the said
Defendant which said Indictment was returned
a True Bill in Consequence of which he this
Deponent together with the Witness on the Bash
of the Bill did this Morning Attend in Order
to give Evidence against the above named
Defendant in this Prosecution And this Deponent
further saith that it was not out of any
Favour to the said Defendant he this Deponent
